Why Boycott Ducat?
Because ARNA d/b/a Ducat has manipulated Kazakhstan’s law officials to press false charges on its former employee, Mark Seidenfeld;
Using a system which should be impartial and universal for personal, petty revenge.
The charges were manufactured; they were not true and were proved false.
In order to conduct this revenge,
Officials of Ducat have reached into a state not their own,
To arrest an employee no longer their own,
To claim funds which they do not deserve.
These false charges have changed Mark Seidenfeld’s life
And the lives of many others.
They have a strong bearing upon the present and future conduct of Kazakhstan’s law institutions.
Unjust charges, such as those against Mark Seidenfeld, can be met with apathy or complacency.
One might think: this happens to someone else, not me.
But justice is everybody’s business,
And Mark Seidenfeld’s plight is potentially everyone’s plight.
By boycotting Ducat, you send a strong message that you do not approve, and cannot trust, that Ducat will serve your best interests and serve you well. After all, by looking at Mark’s case, we can see that Arna’s advantage is everything, and fair business and law, nothing.
